Junk Food
Saturday I was scheduled to work at 11am to 7pm, a fairly lengthy shift. When I woke up I had a decent breakfast, same everyday, cereal and toast. About one hour after I started I felt the need for an ice cappuccino at Tim Horton's. A couple of my co-workers were going out for there lunch. So I asked them to go and pick me up an ice capp while they were gone. When they got back u found out that they had purchased me a large. I never thought that I could finish it all. So what I did to avoid the severe caffeine side affects I had half at once and then the other half later. After that I felt great, I was really energized and felt on top of the world. Shortly after that I took my lunch. I went to a popular chip stand by my work for an all dressed bacon cheese burger, sound great eh? After that I proceed to the floor to provide some excellent customer service. Not even 10 minutes later I felt the effects of having junk food, no apatite, jitters, & anxiety. The next time you eat out think 45 minutes into the future to see how you re going to feel. I know I will.
